Waterproof, hand-applied microcement floors, walls and showers for South Florida's finest homes. Led personally by a certified craftsman, on every single job.
A high-performance architectural finish applied over multiple days and layers, turning ordinary walls and floors into continuous, tactile, waterproof surfaces.
No grout lines, no seams. A multi-layer waterproof system engineered for showers, wet rooms and floors, built up by hand over several days so the surface is sealed from the first coat down. Nowhere for water to get behind.
Applied straight over existing tile, concrete, drywall or plywood. In most homes that means no demolition, no dumpster and no month of chaos.
Here at Monarch we install the highest quality materials available, a premium epoxy-based system. It does not shrink as it cures, it carries very high tensile and compression strength, and it is built to still look right in a decade. Premium product, built to last.
We are certified ForCrete installers and we train other applicators, and the owner is on the tools for every install. This finish lives or dies on the hand that lays it.
Our work is built through carefully constructed layers, each one playing a critical role in the strength, texture and final appearance of the finish.
No demolition, no new plumbing, no tile torn out. Microcement applied directly over the existing surface.

From floor to wall to ceiling, every surface can be finished in a color tailored to your space. No grout lines. No visual breaks. Just a continuous, refined finish that is easy to maintain and allows the architecture of the room to take center stage.
Two taps for an honest range, using the same numbers we would give you on the phone. No email required.
These sizes are total surface area, not floor plan. Add up every surface that gets finished: floors, walls and ceilings.
A 3D rendering of your finished space, and a full design consultation. A $500 value, included at no cost.
Before a trowel touches a wall, we build a 3D model of your room so you can see the exact finish, the exact color and the exact light in your own space. We walk the finish library with you and help you choose. You are not picking from a swatch and hoping.
A ballpark, not a quote. The final number depends on the condition of the existing surface, the finish you choose, and the detail involved. We confirm everything at the site visit before anything is scheduled.
Bathrooms, floors, walls, kitchens, countertops, range hoods, fireplace surrounds and outdoor kitchens.

Hand-troweled depth, soft movement in the color, and a surface that feels like stone but reads like silk.

Monarch was founded by Michael Daniels, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and one of the first certified ForCrete installers in the country. He trains new applicators for ForCrete Americas, and he leads every Monarch project personally alongside a crew he trained himself.
He lives in Deerfield Beach, works across Miami to Palm Beach, and has traveled as far as North Carolina for the right project. When you call, you talk to him.
Start Your ProjectA short call about your space, the look you want, and a realistic range.
We check the substrate in person, bring the finish library, and prepare a detailed written proposal.
Review your 3D rendering and the finish boards we bring, approve the exact color, then we slot into your timeline.
A multi-day, multi-layer application, sealed and walked through with you.
Microcement goes over what is already there, so there is no demolition phase and no waiting on a tile crew. Here is what a typical job actually looks like on the calendar.
Prep, membrane, body coats, sealer and cure, with the crew in and out on a fixed schedule.
Several rooms or a full floor plan finished as one continuous surface with no transitions.
Floors, walls, wet areas and detail across the house, sequenced so you can keep living in it.
We work directly with homeowners and partner with the designers, architects and builders shaping South Florida's best interiors.
Project references from designers, contractors and homeowners are provided on request during your consultation.
[Homeowner review goes here. Ideally two sentences: what the space looked like before, and what they noticed first when it was done.]
[Designer or architect review goes here. Best if it speaks to how Monarch works with a spec and communicates on site.]
[Contractor or builder review goes here. Scale and schedule are the useful angle: square footage, timeline, how it went.]
Every project is custom, so pricing depends on surface area, existing conditions and the finish you select. Bathroom projects begin around $6,000, and most full bathrooms land between $6,000 and $18,000 depending on total surface area. Larger floor, wall and ceiling installations typically run $18 to $24 per square foot of total surface area. That reflects the preparation, premium materials and skilled hand application required for a durable architectural finish. We give you exact numbers after a short consultation.
In most cases, yes. Microcement is applied over existing surfaces like tile, concrete and drywall, which usually means no demolition and no mess. The surface does need to be sound and stable, so we confirm the condition at the site visit before anything is scheduled.
Yes. The ForCrete system we install is fully waterproof once the primer and layers are in place, which is what makes it suitable for showers, bathrooms and other wet areas. Bathrooms are one of our most common projects.
The system we install is an epoxy-based microcement, so unlike air-cured products there is no shrinkage as it cures, and it has very high tensile and compression strength. It is one of the most durable finishes available. We can walk you through durability and warranty specifics on your consultation.
A single bathroom is typically 6 to 8 days on site. A multi-room project, or all the floors in a home, usually runs 8 to 12 days. A whole home is 2 to 4 weeks. Because the finish goes over the existing surface there is no demolition phase, so the schedule is short and predictable.
You can walk on the floor the next day. Showers and wet areas are ready to use within 24 hours of the final coat. We walk you through the surface and the care routine before we leave.
Yes. Every project includes a 3D rendering of your finished space, plus a design consultation where we help you choose the finish and the color. That is a $500 value and it is included at no cost. You approve the look before any material goes down.
Countertops, range hoods, backsplashes, outdoor kitchens, fireplace surrounds, vanities, stairs, ceilings, feature walls, pool decks and patios. If it is a solid, stable surface, it can usually take the finish.
The appointment on the calendar is a phone call with us, about thirty minutes. We will ask about your space and can give you a realistic range on that call. If it looks like a fit, we schedule the in-person site visit from there.
All of South Florida, from Miami up through Palm Beach, including Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach. For the right project we have traveled as far as North Carolina.
